Terms And Conditions

This agreement is subject to acceptance and consummation by Ink4Europe. The customer authorises and gives Ink4Europe permission to electronically transfer funds by means of bank card or any other negotiable form. The customer agrees that liability to Ink4Europe shall not exceed the value of goods purchased.  In the event of cancellation by the customer, the customer forfeits any revenues collected for completion of services or products as allowable by EU laws. It is the understanding of the customer that Ink4Europe reserves the right to use and maintain on file any form of payment considered security for product for use in internal purposes only. In the event of any disagreement settlement will be determined only by mediation and may not enter any court of law.

Order discrepancies or physical damage must be reported to customer service within 48 business hours of shipment delivery. No Returns of merchandise are accepted without valid Return Authorization Number issued by customer service. Merchandise reported defective within 30 days of shipment date may be returned for refund or replacement. If return for credit is specified for a defective product, normal restocking fees for such defective product will be waived. In the event returned merchandise is determined to be non-defective, applicable restocking fee will be reinstated. Merchandise being returned for credit must be complete, un-marked, and in original condition or a minimum charge of 20% will apply against credit for special handling. Merchandise determined to have been damaged or rendered non-functional by misuse is not eligible for credit or replacement and will be returned without credit issued. Non-Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of original shipment date for refund subject to 15% restocking fee. Any product returned for refund must be delivered to Ink4Europe within 15 days of original ship date or a 5% handling fee will apply against credit due. Merchandise must be returned complete, un-marked, and in original condition or a minimum charge of 20% will apply against the refund for special handling. Used cartridges do not apply. Return Authorization numbers issued for merchandise refund are valid for 21 days from date of issuance only. Such returns will not be accepted after this time. Original freight charges are not refundable.

Customer is responsible for cost to return merchandise to Ink4Europe. It is our recommendation that items be returned via some method of shipping that is insured. Absolutely no returns on special order merchandise. No refund or credit will be issued without return of faulty product.
